Each campsite includes a fire ring with flip-over grill and a picnic table. (All electric sites are 30/50/110 and include water hookups as well) If you wish to reserve more than one site you must exceed the maximum capacity on the first site before reserving more. Group sites require a 15 person minimum. Person making the reservation is responsible for the entire balance due.

Rustic Cabins
$80 per night
Inside the cabins is 1-Queen size bed and 2- twin lofted mattresses. Air conditioning, electric outlet and a table with 3 chairs is also provided. On the outside of the cabin is a fire ring, BBQ grill, picnic table, and water spigot. There is a shower house with bathrooms located in the same loop as the cabins. Guests must provide their own pillows and linens in both the cabin & lodge. 4-persons maximum per cabin. Tent campers are allowed for larger groups on the cabin lot at regular camping rates.

RIVER FLOATS
All floats are 5 miles long and are launched from the TRL swim beach. A bus shuttles floaters back to TRL at the end of their trip.

If you are floating on your own device we charge a $25 shuttle fee per person for you and your equipment to bused back to the campground. All equipment will be brought back at the end of the day. NO Large coolers will be allowed on the rafts. Coolers need to be 38 quart or smaller. No Xtreme/5 day type coolers

DEPOSITS & POLICIES
If you cancel your camping reservation more than 10 days prior to your visit, we will transfer your deposit to another date or refund your camping deposit, less a $15 service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the reservation date. Please note that there will be no rain checks or refunds issued for camping due to rain.
CABINS ONCE BOOKED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS EXCEPT; If the unit(s) can be rebooked for the full length of your stay, the CABIN deposit can be refunded LESS A $30 SERVICE CHARGE FOR EACH CABIN BOOKED or can be moved to another non peak available date this season without fee.
Lodge Deposit: A $400 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Early reservations are recommended. There is a 2 night minimum stay during Peak Season weekends, and 3 night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends. Reservations are final after you make a deposit. Deposits will be credited to your charges and the balance is due upon arrival. You will be responsible for the total number of nights you reserve. There are NO Refunds on your deposit. Once your deposit is made you are responsible for the reservation. If you are unable to make it, we will try to fill your reservation. However, if we can not you will lose your deposit. If we can fill your FULL reservation you will be refunded less a $85 cancellation fee. NO pets allowed inside The Lodge.
Deposits: A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Early reservations are recommended. A $25 deposit is required for non-electric camping while the deposit for electric sites is the cost of one night stay for 2 people. There is a $80 deposit for cabins (2 night minimum stay on electric sites & cabins during Peak Season weekends, and 3 night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends). They will be released without notification if deposit is not received. Reservations are Final after you make a deposit. Deposits will be credited to your charges and the balance is due upon arrival. You will be responsible for the Total number of nights you reserve.
If you reserve more than one site, you must have a minimum of 2 people per site, there must be a camping unit on each site and you are responsible for the total balance due on all sites. If you reserve more than one tent site, you must have exceeded the maximum capacity before reserving additional sites.
Floating requires Full Payment at the time of your reservation. You and your watercraft must be back to the Smiley Face without damage before 5:30 pm on Saturdays and 4:30 on other days. ALL floats must be paid for in full at the time reservations are made. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance may move their deposit to a future non peak date within the Same calendar year but they are NOT refundable. Cancellations made with less than 10 days of their arrival date will lose their deposit. We will make every attempt to resell your float for you. In that case, we will allow you to reschedule. Failure to reschedule a float before the campground closes for said calendar year will result in a forfeiture of all funds paid. Advance reservations secure your trip but you will still be responsible for any policy or price updates. There are NO Large coolers allowed on the rafts. Coolers can be 38 quart or smaller. Strictly enforced. No Show, no call, no refund, no credit.
Rain check Policy: If it is storming (thunder and lightning) the morning of your float and it is still storming at noon, or the river conditions prevent floating, you will be issued a rain check for a future date for the current season, based on availability. If the storm ends before noon, no rain checks will be issued. Floats will continue as scheduled in rain only conditions. There are no refunds on float trips. There are no refunds or rain checks issued for camping.
Pets: We have a lot of very loyal customers that patronize TRL who are pet lovers. We understand that for a lot of our customers, the family pet is more like another member of the family. However we will under NO circumstances allow pets in our rafts or inside The Lodge. If you choose to bring your pet floating, you may only float in a canoe. Understand that you will be taking your pet on a crowded bus (sometimes a VERY crowded bus) and that there will most likely be small children near your pet. You will assume full responsibility for your pet. Pets may not occupy a seat on the bus. You may put your pet in the floor or on your lap, but seats are reserved for people. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and you MUST clean up after them.
Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. This information will be used only for the operations of this business.
Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
