DEPOSITS & Policies
General Info:
All guests are expected to check in at the Store upon arrival and pay any remaining balances due on their reservation.
Parking passes are required for all vehicles being parked on the property. Passes must be obtained immediately upon arriving; before you head to your site.
No lifeguard on duty. No diving allowed. Swim at your own risk.
Deposits:
Deposits will be credited to your total bill, with the balance being due upon arrival. Advance reservations will be responsible for any price or policy changes. You will be responsible for the total number of nights you reserve. If you reserve more than one site, you must exceed the maximum capacity on the first site before reserving more sites. There will be price changes for 2023 Season.
Pets:
We have a lot of very loyal customers that patronize TRL who are pet lovers. We understand that for a lot of our customers, the family pet is more like another member of the family. We strongly suggest you consider the “friendliness” of your pet before opting to bring it on your camping adventure. Campsite boundaries are not clearly defined. Kids and adults alike may accidentally end up in your “area.” By opting to bring your pet, you are accepting full responsibility for all activities your pet engages in. Pets be kept on a leash or in a contained area at all times.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following scenarios apply. If you call more than 10 days prior to your visit, you will have the following 2 options at your disposal. The first option is to transfer your deposit to an alternate date in the same calendar year or the option to cancel your reservation completely. If you elect not to pick an alternate date, a refund will be awarded, less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the designated arrival date. Cabin and Lodge deposits do not fall under the 10-day criteria mentioned above. They are NON REFUNDABLE and will only be refunded if we are able to fill your reservation. The $25 cancellation fee for Cabins and $50 cancellation fee on the Lodge still applies. There will be no rain checks or refunds issued due to inclement weather.
Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. This information will be used only for the operations of this business.
Security Policy:
We work hard to keep your payment and personal information safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.
Camper Liability:
Fees may be assessed for the following: lost equipment, damaged property, or excessive site cleanup. This is not an all-inclusive list and additional fees may be assessed at campground owners’ discretion. I understand that I retain responsibility, for myself and members of my party, while on the property of Twin Rivers Landing Outfitters LLC (TRL). By accepting, I agree that myself and my party will abide by all campground rules and that non-compliance can result in removal from the property. Removal can occur without a warning being given and without reimbursement for any unused fees that were collected. There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving. Swim at your own risk. It is understood that that when in a natural setting, conditions may change dramatically and unforeseeably due to weather events or other natural or man-made occurrences. TRL will do everything within its’ power to make sure we are eliminating as many potential hazards as reasonably possible to ensure the safety of all guests and workers on the property. Should a guest sustain an injury or incur damage to their property, said individual will not hold TRL liable as long as reasonable precautions have been taken by the campground staff to prevent such an occurrence.
The guest who checks the box accepting these terms and conditions assumes the responsibility of informing all members of their party of said terms and conditions. Advance Deposits / Reservations secure your spot however campers are still responsible to any price changes or policy updates. A copy of the terms and conditions can be requested. **There will be Reservation updates for 2023 include new fee structure. Agreeing to the terms and conditions, means you agree to the changes.
