We have a lot of very loyal customers that patronize TRL who are pet lovers. We understand that for a lot of our customers, the family pet is more like another member of the family. We strongly suggest you consider the “friendliness” of your pet before opting to bring it on your camping adventure.  Campsite boundaries are not clearly defined.  Kids and adults alike may accidentally end up in your “area.”   By opting to bring your pet, you are accepting full responsibility for all activities your pet engages in.  Pets be kept on a leash or in a contained area at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following scenarios apply.  If you call more than 10 days prior to your visit, you will have the following 2 options at your disposal.  The first option is to transfer your deposit to an alternate date in the same calendar year or the option to cancel your reservation completely. If you elect not to pick an alternate date, a refund will be awarded, less a $10 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the designated arrival date.  Cabin and Lodge deposits do not fall under the 10-day criteria mentioned above. They are NON REFUNDABLE and will only be refunded if we are able to fill your reservation.
