TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  • The person making the reservation(s) is responsible for all members of their party, informing them of all terms and conditions and are liable to Twin Rivers Landing Outfitters LLC for all fees associated with the stay and any damages to property and equipment.
  • All guests must first check in upon entering the facility and before proceeding to their site or another location on the premises.
  • Parking Passes must be obtained at check in for all vehicles accessing the property.
  •  Campers and Floaters are required to abide by all campground rules and policies.  FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE PREMISES AND ANY UNUSED CAMPING AND FLOATING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  • DAMAGE AND/OR DESTRUCTION OF TWIN RIVERS LANDING PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN THE GUEST BEING ASSESSED FEES WITH THE AMOUNT AT THE DISCRETION OF TWIN RIVERS LANDING OWNERSHIP.  FEES MAY BE FOR AN AMOUNT UP TO AND INCLUDING REPLACEMENT COSTS.
  • ARRIVING LATE TO THE FLOAT TAKE OUT WILL RESULT IN A $25/PERSON LATE FEE.
  • All participants of water activities assume all risks associated with these activities and will hold harmless Twin Rivers Landing Outfitters LLC, its ownership/officers, and employees.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.  NO DIVING OR ROPE SWINGS ALLOWED. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PETS

WHILE WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY FACILITY, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE PET EVICTED FROM THE PREMISES AND ANY UNUSED CAMPING AND FLOATING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • Pets must not be aggressive toward fellow campers and other pets.
  • Must be always kept on a leash or confined by carrying crates, fencing or another method to keep them contained.
  • You must clean up after your pet or a cleanup fee of $50 will be assessed and you will be required to exit the property without refund.
  • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY INFLATABLE FLOAT EQUIPMENT.  THEY MAY FLOAT IN CANOES AND KAYAKS ONLY!
  • Excessive noise from your pet, i.e. barking, that disturbs fellow guest will require you to vacate the pet from the premises.

DEPOSITS

  • Deposits will be credited to your bill at check in.
  • Advance Reservations are responsible for any price increases and policy changes at the time of the stay.
  • If reserving more than one site, the maximum number of people must be reached for each site before booking an additional site.
  • The deposit for each site will only be applied to the person on that site.

CANCELLATIONS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS ISSUED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

  • CAMPSITES

    • Cancellations made MORE THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED ARRIVAL DATE may transfer your deposit to a future date in the SAME CALENDAR YEAR.
    • OR Have your deposit refunded LESS A $15 SERVICE CHARGE.
    • Cancellations made Less than 10 days PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED ARRIVAL DATE No refund on deposit. 

  • CABINS AND LODGE

    • ONCE BOOKED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS EXCEPT:

      • If the unit(s) can be rebooked for the FULL length of your stay, the CABIN deposit can be refunded LESS A $30 SERVICE CHARGE FOR EACH CABIN BOOKED or can be moved to another non peak available date this season w/o fee. 
      • The LODGE deposit will be refunded LESS AN $85 SERVICE CHARGE, if it can be rebooked for the full length of your stay.

  • FLOATING

    • Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance of the reservation date will be allowed to move their float to a later date in the same calendar year, on a non-peak float day.  No refunds will be given. They may not be moved to the following year.
    • Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the float date will not be refunded.  We will make every attempt to resell your equipment and if successful, will allow you to move your float to a different day within the same calendar year, on a non-peak float day. 
    • If Twin Rivers cancels floats due to safety concerns, electrical storms or high-water levels, you will be allowed to move your float to another date in the same calendar year.
