Lodge Deposit and Cancellation Policies
LODGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Once booked, Lodge deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, we will attempt to fill those dates. If the Lodge is rebooked for the full length of the original reservation, the deposit may be refunded minus an $85 service fee. If the Lodge cannot be rebooked, the guest will forfeit the deposit in full.
There will be no rain checks or refunds issued due to inclement weather.
A deposit of a one night stay is required to reserve the Lodge.
Stay Requirements: During peak season weekends, a two-night minimum stay is required. During Holiday weekends, a three-night minimum stay is required.
Reservations are confirmed once a deposit is made. Balance is due upon arrival. The reservation holder is responsible for the total balance and any price changes or policy updates.
Paying your deposit and not immediately disputing it with us, acknowledges that you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and all other Twin Rivers policies.
Lodge Guidelines
IMPORTANT: You must provide your own pillows and linens.
Check in Time: 4 PM – Check out TIme: 11 AM
Guests must check in at the store upon arrival to pay their balance due and get the required parking pass before heading to the Lodge.
The Lodge has capacity for 16 persons maximum.
Downstairs Bedroom – Queen bed
#2 Bedroom – Full bed
Living Room – Full Hide-a-Bed
Upstairs Bedroom – Full Bed and Bunk Beds
Nook – Twin Bed
Common Area – 3 Twin Beds and 1 Full bed
- There is NO SMOKING inside the Lodge.
- Park only in the designated area. Do NOT park in the yard/grass.
- The air conditioner should be turned OFF when exiting the Lodge.
- Furniture inside the Lodge should NOT be moved.
- The Lodge should be left in the same manner as you found it or there will be a cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
- Any damage, vandalism, or graffiti will be charged to your credit card.
- You must schedule a departure walk through before checkout.
- The check out list provided must be completed and returned with the Lodge keys by 11 AM. Late departures, failure to return the check out list, or damages will result in charges to your credit card.
- You must return all parking hang tags.
- Failure to return the Lodge keys will result in a $25 service fee charged to your credit card.
- Picnic tables are provided and should not be moved to another site.
- Additional people may camp on the Lodge lot for the regular camping fees.
- There are no RV hookups at the Lodge.
- Pets are not permitted inside the Lodge under any circumstances. Please see our full Pet Policy.
Cabins Deposit and Cancellation Policies
CABINS CANCELLATION POLICY
Once booked, Cabin deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your reservation, we will attempt to fill those dates. If your cabin is rebooked for the full length of the original reservation, the deposit may be refunded minus an $30 service fee per cabin booked.
You may also choose to move your reservation to a non-peak date within the same season for a $15 transfer fee.
A deposit of a one night stay is required to reserve a cabin.

- The air conditioner should be turned OFF when exiting the cabins.
- Furniture inside the cabins should NOT be moved.
- Cabins should be left in the same manner as you found it or there will be a cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
- Any damage, vandalism, or graffiti will be charged to your credit card.
- Failure to return the cabin keys will result in a $25 service fee charged to your credit card.
- You must return all parking passes.
- Tent campers are allowed for larger groups on the cabin lot at regular camping rates.
- Pets:
- No pets in the Treehouse Cabins or the Lodge. The other cabins are pet friendly.

Camping Deposit and Cancellation Policies
CAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled arrival date may either transfer their deposit to another date within the same calendar year or request a refund of the deposit, less a fifteen dollar ($15.00) service fee.
Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
A deposit is required to reserve all camping sites.
- Non-electric sites: a deposit of a one night stay is required.
- Electric sites: the deposit equals the cost of one night’s stay for two guests.
- No Deposits will be refunded or credit given for staying less than the required number of nights.
- There will be no rain checks or refunds issued due to inclement weather.

Camping Guidelines
Stay Requirements:
- A two-night minimum stay is required on Peak Season weekends for EW, EWS, as well as cabins.
- A three-night minimum stay is required on Holiday weekends. for EW, EWS, as well as cabins.
- A few Primitive sites have these requirements.
Booking Multiple Sites:
- Guests reserving multiple sites must meet the maximum occupancy requirements of each site before booking additional sites.
- Each site must contain its own camping unit.
- The guest making the reservation is responsible for the total balance due on all reserved sites.
Group Sites:
- Group sites require a 15 person minimum.
Camping with Pets:
- There is a $5 per pet camping fee.
- Owners MUST sign the pet waiver at check in.

Floating Deposit and Cancellation Policies
FLOATING CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds: Floating is non-refundable. All sales are final.
Cancellations: If cancellation is made 10 days or more in advance you may move your float to a future date in the same season on a non-peak day.
If cancellation is made less than 10 days prior, you will forfeit all funds unless we are able to resell your float. In that case, we will allow you to reschedule within the same season on a non-peak day.
No show, no call, no credit.
Weather:
- In the event of inclement weather, floats will continue as scheduled in rain-only conditions.
- If there are thunderstorms or lightning that persist past 12:00 PM, or if river conditions make floating unsafe, you will receive a rain check. Trips may be rescheduled for another date within the same calendar year, during a non-peak day, based on availability. No Saturdays between Father’s Day Weekend and the 2nd weekend of August)
- Failure to reschedule a float before the campground closes for said calendar year will result in a forfeiture of all funds paid.
Floating Guidelines
Floats are to be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Float Times: Float trip times vary by day and season.
- Sunday-Friday: Floats begin at 10:00 AM. Take-out occurs between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
- Saturdays:
- Peak Season: Floats begin between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Take-out occurs between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM.
- Non-Peak Season: Floats begin at 10:00 AM. Take-out occurs between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
Trip Distance:
- 5 miles: All float trips offered through Twin Rivers Landing are five miles in length and launch from the Twin Rivers Landing swim beach.
- A shuttle bus will transport all participants back to the campground.
Float Trip Late Arrivals:
- Floaters and boats must be back to the Smiley Face take-out point without damage before 6 PM on Saturdays and before 4:30 PM weekdays.
- A late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per person will be assessed to any guest arriving late to the take-out point.
- Note: We have no way to determine the amount of time it will take you to complete the float as there are a lot of variables. If you have questions regarding the time or take out, ask before getting on the river.
Coolers:
- Large coolers are NOT permitted on rafts. Coolers must be forty-eight (48) quarts or smaller.
- Five-day/double walled or Xtreme-type coolers are strictly prohibited.
- This policy will be strictly enforced for the safety and comfort of all guests.
BYOV:
- Bring Your Own Vessel: Guests who choose to float using their own equipment may do so for a shuttle fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per person. This fee includes transportation for both the guest and their equipment. All personal equipment will be transported back to the campground at the end of the day.
Floating with Pets:
- Pets are NOT allowed in our rafts during float trips.
- Pets are only allowed in canoes or kayaks.
- Pets are not allowed to occupy a seat on the shuttle. Pets may sit in your lap or on the floor.

Risk:
- You must sign your liability waivers before floating.
- Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No diving allowed.
- WARNING “Under Missouri law, an outfitter is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in paddlesport activities resulting from the inherent risks of paddlesport activities pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri.”
Campground Information and Rules
Twin Rivers Landing General Policies
Twin Rivers Landing welcomes you to our facility. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and consistent experience for all guests, we ask that you carefully review the following policies. These policies apply to all reservations, accommodations, and activities on the premises.
Campers and floaters are expected to follow all campground rules. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.
The individual making the reservation is responsible for all members of their party, including ensuring that all guests are informed of and comply with Twin Rivers Landing policies. This individual is also liable for any damages caused to property or equipment.
Peak/Non-Peak Season Dates:
Non Peak Dates:
- April 1st til the Wednesday prior to Memorial Day.
- The day after Memorial Day til the Wednesday prior to Father’s Day.
- 3rd week of August til the Wednesday prior to Labor Day.
- Labor Day til the end of September.
*Holiday weekends are considered peak season dates.
Vehicles: There is a 5 mph speed limit throughout the campground. All guests are required to check in upon arrival and obtain a parking pass for all vehicles entering the premises.
Damages: Guests are responsible for the safe use of facilities and equipment. Damage to property or equipment will result in assessment of fees up to and including replacement costs.
Games: Horseshoes and volleyballs are available in the store free of charge. You must leave a deposit or driver’s license to check out these items.
Beach: Swimming is permitted at the guest’s own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Diving or rope swings are strictly prohibited.
Keep it Clean: No glass containers of any kind are permitted on the river. Pick up your own trash.
Quiet Time: Quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm. All music must be off at this time. Security Guard monitors.
Children: Small children should not be left unattended at the playground. Older children should not get on the toddler equipment.
Price changes: Reservations made for the following season are subject to any price changes. The individual who made the reservation is responsible for any price or policy changes.
Pets: While we are a pet friendly facility, the Pet Policy policies must be strictly adhered to. Failure to comply will result in the pet evicted from the premises and any unused camping and floating fees will not be refunded. Please see our full Pet Policy.

Discounts: Twin Rivers Landing is proud to offer a ten percent (10%) discount for camping or floating to church/scout/school groups and active or retired military personnel.
Pet Policy
Pet Policy
- There is a $5 per pet fee.
- Owners MUST sign the pet waiver at check in.
- All dogs MUST be on a leash or otherwise confined at all times.
- You MUST pick up after your pet(s). Failure to do so will result in a $150 cleanup fee and eviction without refund.
- Excessive noise, such as disruptive barking, may result in the pet being removed from the premises.
- Pets must not be aggressive toward other guests or animals.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet’s actions and behavior.
- Pets are not to be left unattended. Please take them with you when you leave your campsite.
- Please do not allow pets to wander onto or through other campsites.
- Reminder: Pets are NOT allowed in the Lodge or in the Treehouse Cabins.
- Note to Floaters: Pets are NOT allowed in our rafts during float trips. They are only allowed on Canoes and Kayaks.
Payments, Privacy, and Security
Privacy and Security Policies:
Twin Rivers Landing respects the privacy of all guests. Personally identifiable information will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be used only for business operations.
All online payments are protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which ensures that personal and financial information cannot be intercepted during transmission.

Note: *Your reservation totals do not reflect the Processing Fee for Credit Card Payments. All credit card payments incur a processing fee. Balances paid in person have the option to pay by Cash or Check to avoid the Processing Fees.
